Apple’s New Laptop:World’s Thinnest Notebook

Yesterday Apple announced it’s new product that when manufactured it will be “the world’s thinnest notebook”. The MacBook Air has:

  • LED backlit 13.3″ wide-screen
  • Keyboard with an ambient light sensor
  • Multi-touch track-pad.

Just like with the iPhone, you can rotate a photo by moving your index finger around your thumb, and pinch to magnify or widen to zoom out.  However, it does NOT have an optical drive. The MacBook Air will be starting at a price of $1,799 when it comes out. Do you think it’s worth it after having to waste money for the drive? The model will be with a 1.6 GHz processor with an 80 GB hard drive and be available in a couple of weeks.

The New iPhone Nano

I personally don’t think it is a smart move to have the new product of the iPhone Nano. It has half the space, no internet, and obviously a smaller screen size since it is a Nano. It’s a bad move on Apple’s side with this product, since the no internet feature will kill it. How do you guys feel about this?
